Last week a new group of students arrived in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica to pursue their yoga education with Yoga Academy International. We firmly believe in raising the standard of education by which yoga teachers are being trained. Our curriculum exceeds all the requirements put forth by the Yoga Alliance which is why we provide students with the best yoga teacher training out there. Although teacher training  started only a few days ago and we already have so much to share with you! Our days at yoga teacher training are busy, but filled with fun.

A typical day in Yoga Academy International’s yoga teacher training is as follows:

• Morning Practice Yoga Flow

• Yoga & Alignment Theory

• Practice Teach, Workshops & Communication Skills

• Evening Satsang
