8 limbs of yoga review

Hi Yogis,
Here is a quickie video refresher/intro on the 8 limbs of yoga!

The 8 limbs of yoga were part of the Ashtanga Yoga or 8-limb path set out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutra. The yoga sutra, written around 800C.E. was 196 phrases meant to help us live more soulfully and more mindfully. This was Patanjali’s interpretation of the ancient yogic texts; the Vedas and the Upanishad.

Patanjali described an 8 fold path to enlightenment that included ethics, disciplines, physical postures, breath control, meditation, withdrawal of the senses, intense focus, tuning inward and oneness.
